Molding Destinies, Shaping Lives

Children are the lifeblood of our future. Without them we will surely become a nation dark and void of hopefilled vision which is our destiny

Why Children Fail

Posted by Janelle Marshall

Janelle Marshall, M.J. Children are a product of their environments. Clearly we as a community have a responsibility to both guide and educate the future generation of our country. Most children fail because of a lack of self-confidence reinforced by a positive home and school environment. Case studies show that nearly 80% of teen drop-outs come from fatherless homes or dysfunctional home environments. Children left to fend for themselves emotionally and physiologically are almost guaranteed to fail. Organizations like Mentor House provide the guidance and continuous hands-on support needed for underserved communities.
